Yoga I - Introduction to asana (yoga postures) and vinyasa (flow from posture to posture) with instruction in proper form and alignment as well as attention to breathing.
Yoga II - Learn more advanced postures and step up your practice.
Power Yoga (Asthanga) - Power yoga differs from other forms of yoga in that it is a quicker, non-stop pace that focuses on strength, endurance, and stamina.
Pre-/Post-Natal Yoga - A gentle class that supports the body during all stages of pregnancy. Students have amazing stories of how this class helped during labor. You can join at any time during the session or during your pregnancy.
