Dave and I have been in Sharon's Nia class for at least four years. We are impressed with Nia as a way to keep mobility and coordination at a maximum as we get older. The combinations are about drawing out neurological connection and keeping the joints supple. Nia combines a number of movement traditions and is always interesting. Sharon is a fantastic teacher and has created a loving and welcoming community of students in our class and beyond. We look forward to the class every week. Mark Sappington and David McGee
