The Feldenkrais Method® is an innovate approach to movement education that teaches you to move with greater ease and efficiency.
In Awareness Through Movement® lessons, students are lying down while the instructor takes them through a sequence of gentle, slow, repetitive movements alternating with periods of rest. The exercises themselves are not as important as the awareness with which they are done. Change occurs in the brain. Habitual patterns become conscious and new pathways are learned.
